  • Error When Creating New Style Templates

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.6:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO replacementset VALUES (NULL,'NinHQ')
mysql error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

    mysql error number: 1136

Date: Wednesday 26th of June 2002 09:43:54 PM
    Script: http://www.vgws.net/forums/forums/admin/style.php
    Referer: http://www.vgws.net/forums/admin/style.php?action=add
For a moment I did consider leaving this be. After all, the forums themselves seem to function just fine. After giving it some more thought, however, I decided if this wasn't going to lead to any larger problems, I may have to sort this mess out now.

After downgrading from UBB6.3 to UBB5 (and then importing to vB2.2.6), a few minor issues quickly came up. It took a lot of effort on my part, but I managed to get things working again, or so I thought. Today, I ran across the above message in my control panel (read title for details). Any idea how I should go about fixing this? Remember that I'm knew to MySQL and PHP programming, and thus, may have no idea what you're talking about.

You haven't applied any hacks, have you? Try this. Upload repair.php (it's in the 'extras' folder of the zip file) to your admin directory. Close your forums, then run it from your browser with this syntax:

    repair.php?html=1&check=1

It everything reports 'Ok' then reopen your forums. If not, then run it again. The second time everything should report ok. Then see if you have the same problem.

No code hacks, and very few template changes (forum rules modified, and that's about it).

vgws_forums.session - This table does not support check/repair/optimize
Assuming this is normal, everything in that department appears to be functioning correctly.

I may have discovered the problem. http://www.vgws.net/forums/forums/admin/style.php should instead be http://www.vgws.net/forums/admin/style.php. I have no idea why it instead is taking me here. Do you, by any chance?

Ignore the double 'forums'. It's an artifact of the error. Try the repair options listed here:
