Adding to vBulletin Registration page

How do I add to the comments to the Registration page?



I tried searching the forum and the help guide but I can't find any thing on it..

You need to edit templates. Depending on what part of the registration process you're talking about, it could be in any of these: signupadult, signupcoppa, signupverify, and any under the Registration Templates category.
