    mod_gzip is a server side feature not vB feature.. not all web hosts have mod_gzip on their servers

    it's because you have mod_gzip installed so you don't need to enable vB's gzip.. turn off vB's gzip since mod_gzip already compresses all pages on your server

    create a file named phpinfo.php and place this code in it and post the url/link to it from your web site

    ^ that is what i get with Gzip turned on thru vb

    I have a linux redhat 7 server with php 4.2.1 and zlib 1.1.4

    also the main forum dir is downloadable with zlib on
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
