    2.2.6. Custom avatars disappeared

    Since I updated to 2.2.6 today all custom avatars have turned to broken links. Is this just me or is this a bug with the program?

      no problem here, try uploading a fresh copy of avatar.php in ASCII just to be sure though.

          Okay since that didn't work, I uploaded JUST avatar.php from my backup of 2.2.5 and now they show up. There must be something changed in 2.2.6 that throws them off. I'm hoping there is nothing else that has changed in avatar.php that is needed in 2.2.6.

          (BTW when I tried to get a fresh 2.2.5 from the download section it still sends 2.2.6 RC).

            It looks like the only lines in the code that were changed were the debug lines in the beginning and the line:

            if ($avatarinfo=$DB_site->query_first("SELECT avatardata,dateline,filename FROM customavatar WHERE userid=".intval($HTTP_GET_VARS['userid']))) {

            Where the only changed part is the:

            userid=".intval($HTTP_GET_VARS['userid']))

            I think that may be the problem but I know nothing about coding PHP.

              I've yet to be able to reproduce this problem, although this is now the second person to report this.

              Can you reupload the new, not-working avatar.php? Saving it as avatarnew.php or something non-standard would be fine.
