Step 4 of Install

Hi,

I tested the lite version on the server which installed and seemed fine, I have now paid for and tried to install the full version.

Whenever i get to step 4 of the install I get the below message. Problem is the message doesn't really disclose what the problem may be, so I am a little lost as to what to asik the host to do, if the problem lies with the database or whether it is an error in my config file.

Any suggestions

What did the body of the e-mail that it sent you say?

Did you start with a clean and empty databse? IE, did you create a new databse for the Full Version of vBulletin to use?

open install.php and at the top change
$onvservers=0;

to

$onvservers=1;

Your host disconnects you after you run an alter table command if you change the variable above it will work fine.
