  • view count stopped?

the view count keeps stopping on my site, it seems to fix itself every now and then, but it goes away all the time? My site is www.dsswareforums.com , please, how do I fix this, it is driving me insane!

btw , in plain english and the simplist terms on what to do.

I'm not going to register on your board just to see the views
Unlock your board and I'll take a look

Did you happen to install a hack recently?

In addition to hacks, did you recently update any counters or prune threads?

Since you also filled out a support request on this, let's keep it all there rather than duplicate efforts. I've already responded to your ticket.

What about the view count, it comes and goes all the time? SOmetime it works, sometimes it does not? Makes it look like no one is reading my board which is not good......

As Smachol said, since you opened up a support ticket, just pretend that this post doesn't exist because you'll get all the help you need in the ticket you submitted
