Allowing admins only to use html

Hi,

is there a way to allow only admins to use html code in all forums? I know you can setup certain forums to allow html to be used or not, I was just hoping there was away to do this with individual users or usergroups too so I can set it up that admins can use html code in their posts all over the forums...

you can't do this without hacking. i found a hack that should work for you: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...threadid=32015
