  • How do I...

I want to carry my vB over to another server so when I create my SQL dump I don't want to take the threads and posts over. So when I start on my new server will I need to run the install script for the boards and then stick in the spl dump or can I just not run the install at all and just put in the dump and start running the forums again as I usally do.

I tried importing it through phpmyadmin and it didn't work just because it was so huge.

That would be why I want to get rid of the posts and threads hopefully it will work though.
