cannot post a reply error msg: that username already in use

Is this posting for guests or normal registered users?

If its posting for guests you'll find that guests aren't allowed to post as members that are already registered.

Help! I can't post a reply in the forum section.
Whenever I try, a message saying "that username is
already in use" always appears.

I keep getting the message:
"That username is already in use. If you are xxxx and you have forgotten your password, click here. "
