    is my PHP info
    and i cant upload avatars
    in either admin CP or my regular CP
    and i made sure those options were set to yes
    can someone help?

    i can't find the file_uploads option in your phpinfo page.

        are you on a shared server?
        all you need to do is edit your php.ini file and add
        file_uploads = On

                    PHP versions less than v4.0.3 don't have the file_uploads directive. See my posts here:
