Database Errors on VB2.4.4

Database error in vBulletin 2.2.4:

mysql error: Got error -1 from table handler

mysql error number: 1030

This happens when a new post or a new reply is made. In addition postcounts are not incrementing and the new folder isn't appearing. DOes anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like your searchindex table got corrupted. You could try emptying the index and rebuiding it again in the Update Counters section of the Admin CP. Be aware that this could be very server intensive. You might want to shut off your forums while you do this.

how do i empty the index? Is this done automatically when I rebuild it in the update counters section?
