Well looks like VO has changed its server config. I went into the server error log and saw these two errors:
[Tue Feb 19 20:28:20 2002] [error] [client 209.179.142.56] File does not exist: /home/everyone/public_html/500.shtml
[Tue Feb 19 20:28:20 2002] [alert] [client 209.179.142.56] /home/everyone/public_html/forum/.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
My /home/everyone/public_html/forum/.htaccess is this:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://everyonesports.com [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://www.everyonesports.com [NC]
RewriteRule attachment.php [F]
So is the line 'RewriteEngine on' the culprit? Should I delete the line? Would it make all the RewriteCond and RewriteRule useless?

Also I'm able to telnet to the server and everything seems okay. So I doubt that it's the server's problem. Do you have any other idea of what could have happened?

Not being able to access the forum images (in forum/images directory), even from a non-vb page outside of the forum directory, sounds very very strange to me. For example if I create a plain html page in the root directory in my server, with an image in forum/images directory, that image would not show up on the browser. That's driving me nuts 'cause I have no idea of what's going on.

Urgent help! Sudden crash!
I just don't get it. My forum was running okay and then one day it crashed. Now I cannot see any of my forum pages. I cannot even see the .gif images inside the forum/images directory, even from a non-vb page.
My site is http://www.everyonesports.com
You'll see that if you go to any of the forum pages, you'll get an 'Internal Server Error'.
Essentially everything inside my forum directory is inaccessible on the broswer. The permission on the forum directory and its sub directories are 755 so it should be okay.
Can anyone please tell me what could be the problem? Could it be the server's fault (I'm using VO)? I mean it's strange because one day it works and all of a sudden the next day it doesn't. Btw, I'm using v2.0.3.Tags: None

by Sergio61I don't know if I can post this question here, but I give it a try.
I am having a heck of a time getting my subfolder (not sub domain) site working off of my main domain certificate.
