Avatars not working: Either URL or upload.

I'm not getting any error messages at this point.. Process flows smoothly until you go look at a post and there's a image holder in the place where the avatar image should be.

I created a TMP folder where I *believe* it was looking for one (got rid of the error message), but the files are still not being displayed.

Do I need to setup FTP on the server? Modify PHP.ini? Setting in Vbulletin CP?



Also, file attachments are not working either. Related?

create a avatars dir in your images dir, chmod avatars dir to 777 and images dir to 775 and then in Admin CP upload avatars to images/avatars
