  • Search function on my site returning all sorts of errors...

    When attempting to perform a search it returns...

    There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

    An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.


    Database error in vBulletin: Invalid SQL: SELECT searchid,dateline FROM search WHERE userid=1 ORDER BY dateline DESC LIMIT 1
    mysql error: Can't open file: 'search.MYD'. (errno: 145)
    mysql error number: 1016

    ideas on how I should fix? will re indexing fix maybe?

    Error code 145: Unknown error 145
    145 = Table was marked as crashed and should be repaired


    Upload repair.php to your forums directory (it's in the 'extras' folder of the zip file) and run it from the browser. Follow the instructions to repair the db.
