Upload Php.ini

i am having problem with upload i think it's in php.ini
i have attached php.ini can some one take a look at it
and tell me what's wrong

6. It keep saying when i upload big file Detabse error
a big error here is the error

I included the original file i got from the webhosting

i didnt make any changes on it that is the file that on there server now
