Log moderators actions

I just assigned new moderators to my site and I was wondering if there is a way to log the moderator actions they do in the forum. To make sure they are not doing anything the shouldn't do.

There are several links to the script and I don't know which is the latest one.

they usually update all the download sites with the latest version so every link you see will most likely have the lastest version i would just grab the one on page 1.
