Backups members only

I'm rebuilding my forums on a new server and I don't want the current forums on my site to be moved over, I want to start over on the forum, however I do want to restore the current members to the new site.

Which tables do I backup and restore to restore current members and their permissions and anything else related to the members.

I've never done a backup and restore before either. How do I do this?
