Setting PM ON and PM Popup ON with PHPmyadmin

To enabled PMs:

UPDATE user SET receivepm=1 WHERE userid=xx

To enable PM Popup:

UPDATE user SET pmpopup=1 WHERE userid=xx

(xx is the User ID of the user you're doing this for)

...or to change it for all users, remove the WHERE userid=xx bit from each query, so

UPDATE user SET receivepm=1;

or

UPDATE user SET receivepm=0;
