    CSV File: kind off.

Syntax: I am not sure but if you make a backup csv file it should work fine on almost any mysql server.

grooveactivator: are you looking to move existing users into a the private usergroup, or do you need to add additional users and then put them in this private usergroup?

Wouldn't this cause a problem with the userid and existing users/posts etc wluke ?

Sure, he could import it but surely it wouldn't work because users would be assigned to the same posts and avatars etc.

    ?

You can import CSV files into MySQL using either the command level interface or a web-based front-end like phpMyAdmin.

I have a private forum that I set up and is only viewable to one usergroup. There are 2000 users that I need to add and that will take FOREVER!

Is there a way I could pipe them into the database from the command level or something??

    Thanks
