New User with 2.2.1, How do i restore a backup from 2.0.3 with users, post and pms??

    yeah i submited a service request ticket with my HOST hopefully they will be able to do this for me..Since they wont give me access to TELNET... . My forums have been down for 6 hours now.. . Not good..Thanks for your help none the less.

      OKay guys i finally have access to TELNET now what?? HEre is what i got, I installed 2.2.1 and its configured and running good, Now i need to add the vbulletin.sql file which is also on my server/host in a folder called /forumbackup. I am in telnet but the commands i see in the instructions seem like they are for when i move from one machine to another, I am still on the same machine all i want to do is restore the backup file to the new 2.2.1 database. Sorry guys i am new at this and really frustrated after 16 hours of trying scripts and other stuff and no resolution..but i finally got TELNET access. just dont know what commands or path i need to enter to move the file from that folder to the db.. thanks again
