Admin Delete Error

Since I upgraded to 2.2.0 and still on 2.2.1 I get an error whenever using a feature that DELETES a thread. The error relates to the attachment tables, which we don't even use.

Yes, we have some hacks installed. No, they don't appear to touch these functions.

I'd appricate any help. Dunno if it's a bug...

It's not exactly the same issue but it is related. There is something wrong with the script where a couple people have found it to generate a huge long string of '0's when deleting attachments...
