Ok, I'm moving servers and I already installed the vBB on the new server. I downloaded my styles and backed up the databases. What do I do now to restore the data i have to the new server?

The problem is I don't understand allot that is in that manual. This like:
machine1$ cd /path/to/yourbackupdirectory
verify dump.sql is in the /path/to/new area on the new server
How do I know exactly what my backup directory is, and about the machine 1 and 2? What's that? I'm new with telnet.

machine 2 = new server
/path/to/new = what ever location you want to place you back up file
i.e. /home/username/public_html or /home/username/web or /home/sites/www.domain.com/web depending on your server accounts root directory setup:: Always Back Up Forum Database + Attachments BEFORE upgrading !
