Database error...HELP

This is the DB error I get in the mail when someone tries to access my board

Database error in vBulletin :

Invalid SQL: SELECT template FROM template WHERE title='options'
mysql error: Can't find file: './bigdog_vb115/template.frm' (errno: 13)

mysql error number: 1017

That is a host problem...contact them with the exact error message you are getting. It looks like there is a problem with their MySQL setup and the directories they store the MySQL data in.

error 13 is permission denied..

are you on a cpanel based server?

I am still getting the same error message and it has been over 24 hours since I submitted a trouble ticket to my host.....HostRocket really sucks
