  • Losing Cookies!

I always lose my cookies on my board, along with all my members. It's the most annoying thing and it makes the boards unusable.

Do you guys have ANY idea why this would be happening?

        Goto your usercp

and turn these two settings to yes.

Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)
        Browse board with cookies?

Also, have you got your domain defined on the cookie ?

You should not define the domain unless you have a reason to do so.

Surely, this situation is a reason to try ?

I don't see the option for automatically logging in (I'm using 2.2.0 maybe not an option anymore?)

As for domain, that would just be systemlogic.net?

                  It's in your UserCP>Edit Options.

If that doesn't work, you might try manually removing your forum cookies from your browser. I had a similar problem. Turned out it was a corrupted cookie.

Yeah I looked in edit options and didn't find anything on that. I searched the page just in case, nothing.

It can't be because it doesn't just happen for me, it happens to everybody I talk to on our boards....

It should be in the very first section of your edit options. You can't miss it. Says cookies and privacy or something like that.

Look in your userCP on this board. Do you see it there?

I still don't see it....what's the title of the section it's in? I'll check that section and even post a screenshot if you want.

No, I mean your UserCP, not your admin CP.

Look at the top right hand side of this page. You'll see 7 buttons. The first is UserCP. Click on that, then edit options. Your board should have the same thing.
