A user has been complaining to me that he has only been able to post 2 attachments per thread (1 per post). I don't see where this can be changed in the options. Any suggestions?

Where do I modify the setting for the number of attachments per post allowed? When I go to my AdminCP/Settings/Options/Message Attachment Options it does not match what is shown in the manual.

Where do we set the max attachments per post? It is currently only allowing 5, i want to allow 25.
