Problem upgrading from 2.0.3 to 2.2.0

I did as said in instruction and uploaded the files and then ran the upgrade 13.php script i then came to look at my board and it says this at the top

thing is the board is closed and i cannot even log in to the control panel to do anything all it does is keeps reseting the the password logon.

Check for white space before <?php and after ?> in admin/config.php
