A user who changed his email address in the User Control Panel told me via email that since changing his address, he can't get into the site. What can I do to enable access for him?
I think the glitch may be due to the fact that email verification didn't use to be required, but I changed that setting about six weeks ago to require email address verification when people register. But I think he registered after I changed that setting, anyway.
