    Just to let you know:

    My ISP reported that they had hardware problems and because of that the database got corrupted. To restored a backup and everything is working fine again!

    c:\mysql\bin>perror 5
    Error code 5: Input/output error
    I assume it had something to do with the parentheses but I don't know why it would've happened.

    The parentheses are opened twice and closed once, that's a bad thing. Have you installed any hacks on your boards?
