    Same problem here.

    The code checks to see if the userlist is buddy. If it's not, it sets it to ignore.

    The same thing is happening for add to buddy list, remove from buddy list, and view buddy list.

            I discovered the same problem last night. I can't figure it out.

              Maybe we should start thinking about hacks that we have installed. It seems to work fine on this forum. I don't believe I have touched member2.php though, and the links seem ok too.

                This is weird. If I add somebody to my buddy list from a post, they are added to the list. BUT they are also added to the ignore list.

                Stranger still, within one set of templates, this is not a problem. However, I haven't tinkered with any of the buddylist templates at all. The links reflect the right text, but in some templates things work properly. In others, they don't.

                I have made NO changes to the user control panel templates. In one style clicking edit buddy list brings up the ignore list. In another, it works fine. Even weirder still - I copy the link while using the style that isn't working, and switch to the other style and use the link. Wala, the same link works.

                  OK, this is weird. This problem went away. The only thing I changed was in my phpinclude. I was evaluating a file there yesterday. Today I hacked it into index.php and removed the stuff from phpinclude. I don't know if the two are related, but that's the only thing I changed. It might be why you only have the problem in certain styles. I'm probably totally wrong, but it's all I can think of at this point.

                      This is what I removed:

                      PHP Code:
                      ob_start();
                      require(
                      "last7.php");
                      $last7 ob_get_contents();
                      ob_end_clean();
                      last7.php was a query that generated the top posters for the last seven days.

                        I went to my test site that still had the phpinclude. It still had the problem. I commented out the code and the buddy list problem went away. Weird stuff.

                          I have also modified my php include template. I will hack it into the index.php file instead. Thanks for finding the problem.

                            It was pure dumb luck that I found this relationship. You should check and see if removing the phpinclude fixes your buddy list problem, too. This could be uniqe to my board.

                              I'm sure that removing it will fix it. My one template set doesn't have the phpinclude modified (the style that works).
