  • Email Registration Wrong URL now what?

Okay, thank goodness I caught this quickly, but I have 10 members of my forum that got the wrong URL in the registration email and I'm having a hard time finding where to give them access to the boards so they can post? So my question is how can I give them access to post messages or should I have them re-register with the site?

    Thanks,
    jay

What URL are they getting, and what should it be?

They where getting the URL below without the "forum" before I noticed the mistake and corrected it.

      http://www.krox.com/register.php?a=a...3&i=1002410004

Now all the new users who register get the URL below with the "forum" in the URL.

      http://www.krox.com/forum/register.p...3&i=1002410004

However, I have 10 users who got the URL without the "forum" in the link so they can't register. I was just wondering if there was a way for me to register them instead of having to contact them some other way and tell them to either re-register (which is a big pain) or give them directions with the http://www.krox.com/forum/register.php?a=ver URL and have them use their Activation ID.

      Thanks,
      Jay
