Strange error in forum description, a bug?

I was trying to enhance the description of a particular bpard of mine by adding links in the description area to the two subforums within that board. Here is the code I was using in the description field:
    Code:
Have a comment about a sport not listed here? Discuss tennis, golf, boxing, and any other sport here. <BR>
    <B>Areas:</B>: <A href="http://www.sports-central.org/community/boards/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=7"><B>PGA / LPGA / SPGA Golf</B></A> -
    <A href="http://www.sports-central.org/community/boards/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=10"><B>ATP / WTA Tennis</B></A>
You should be able to see how the total posts somehow got pushed into the description area; each column was pushed over one column. All I did was add the two links to the regular description. But, my boards look screwed up (see attachment). Anyone know what's the cause for this? Looks like a bug to me, since my forumhome hasn't been modified much.
