    Hi Merk !!!!

I do hope you've not spent any time on this. There is an
already developed hack that does this exact thing, created
by SWFans.net! It can be found on vbulletin.org at this URL:

    http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...threadid=32386

Thank You Soooo Very Much for your willingness to help!

    Happy New Year!

This question was asked in 2001.

Is this feature now available in Ver 2.3 ?

Will this feature be available in Ver 3.0 ?

I would like to give some of my Super Moderators the
privilege of upgrading member's Access Masks without them
having access to the full control panel as an Administrator has.

Is there a method to add this special feature?

If not, how about just giving the Super Moderator a
privilege of editing a member's record without access
to the remaining of the control panel? They can
"see the members record" now, but cannot make changes.

No one has answered the above question.

            Again,

Is this feature now available in Ver 2.3 ?

Will this feature be available in Ver 3.0 ?

              No.

No, but you can set Admin permissions that restrict what specific Admins can do.

                Wonderful.

(Do you have any idea when 3.0 Final will be released? A few weeks, months, Christmas?? )

(I don't wish to use the current beta)

No sorry I really don't. It all depends on the number and nature of the bugs remaining in the next beta.
