Maybe updating the Mysql table that has PMs or something
any ideas?

I would love that when my users first log into the new board they se a welcome pop-up and a list of the new features.

There is currently no function to mass-PM members. I think it is on the suggestion list for the next version.

I want to PM all my members with the new board features. How can I do this?
