how do i restore the vbulletin.stlye that came with vbb 2.0.3 ?

Do you mean restoring on the server, or offline ?
It's simple, just replace the vbulletin.style on the server with the old (standard) one of vBulletin...

smithy: This shouldn't be necessary - to restore templates to their default you have to click the "revert" link in the CP -> Template -> Modify page.
