manual: config.php Vs config.php.new

I installed "lite" and it worked fined, so I purchased a copy.

When I download 2.0.3, the file names do NOT match manual. Also, when I open in Notepad to edit, the text seems to be compressed and not aligned. SHOULD I BE USING A DIFFERENT EDITOR? Do I need to rename this file?

The file is named config.php.new so that when upgrading you don't accidentally overwrite your config.php file.

Try using WordPad to open the file. Save it as config.php and edit it with your values.
