  • More template calling problems...

    I have successfully gotten 4(yes 4!) templates called from a foreign page.

    Now comes the hard bit.

    3 of those templates use $var = gettemplate or something to get it them, and the 4th uses dooutput.

    Now, the 3 using $var method, dont parse {tablecolour} or variables like that.

    www.opticpower.net/test.php that is the foreign file.

    The code for that page:
    PHP Code:
    <? require("global.php");

    $templatesused='main,header,footer,headinclude,';
    //Get Header Template
    eval("\$headtemp = \"".gettemplate('header')."\";");
    //Get Header Include Template
    eval("\$headinctemp = \"".gettemplate('headinclude')."\";");
    //Get Footer Template
    eval("\$foottemp = \"".gettemplate('footer')."\";");

    print(
    $headinctemp);
    print(
    $headtemp);

    eval(
    "dooutput(\"".gettemplate('main')."\");");

    print(
    $foottemp);
    ?>
    I need to first off, find out the names of the templates for starting <html> off and i guess the <body> tag is a replacement variable?

    Im stuck in a rut here, been tinkering for a few hours, ive also tried searching here without too much luck, hopefully someone can help me !

    Thanks

    The 'main' template just has the word TEST in it.

      Update;

      I actually was going about it all wrong! D:

      I made just main template, and used $header ; $footer ; etc.

      It works great now...

      So dont worry, i worked it out
