It actually shouldn't be that difficult to import... Snitz runs on MySQL as well. Do they have an Access to MySQL upgrade script?
If so run that script. Then you can write a simple script that moves data from the Snitz fields to the vBulletin fields. You might have to default a few values here and there but it shouldn't be to difficult to do this.
The way I would do it is this:
1. Upgrade my Snitz Forums from Access to MySQL.
2. Install vBulletin in a new Database.
3. Map the to database schemas
4. Write a custom script to migrate the data.
5. Migrate Data
6. Delete Snitz and its database.Translations provided by Google.
