That really shouldn't be happening -- it appears the md5(uniqid(microtime())) generation routine isn't generating unique data, even though it should be. It is possible it's a Win2k issue, not sure.

Unless it starts happening consistently, it shouldn't be too big of a worry.

    Big Fat "Database Error"

I'm getting attacked by the SYN Flood method on my Win2k (SP1)Server running IIS5 and I got this in the mail several times:
"Database error in vBulletin: Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO session (sessionhash, userid, host, useragent, lastactivity) VALUES ('4faa624e52d7280755985182b7da2b0c',0,'212.138.47.11','Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; Win','995457690')
mysql error: Duplicate entry '4faa624e52d7280755985182b7da2b0c' for key 1
    mysql error number: 1062
Date: Wednesday 18th of July 2001 10:01:30 PM
    Script:
    Referer:"

What does this mean? Is there a clue as to the exact nature of the attacks? What should I do to avoid this? Is this due to the attack at all?
