Help with instlling vB 2.0.1

Okay, here is my problem. I downloaded the vB ZIP file from this site, but when I try to UnZip it using WinZip, it puts .bin on the end of all the files, so they have names such as index.php.bin, and when I try to rename them it doesn't work.
What should I do?

I mean just that. When I rename, say, index.php.bin to index.php, it just goes back to index.php.bin.

You didn't have any problems with vB Lite? Sounds like an error/misconfiguration with WinZip.

try renaming the files like this - "index.php" including the " bits

I am also use Winzip for unpack those files. it works fine on my board.

but I need to put
#!/usr/local/bin/php
<?php


for each .php files. both in /admin and ./*.php
