  • Moving from a PHP3 server to one that supports PHP4

My old host only supported PHP3. So my DB backup refrences .php3 files. What I am wondering is there a way to get it to recognize normal PHP extentions without manually searching the database?

I want to switch to the normal version for some logistical reasons.

You can either upload the .php version then import the new PHP template set, or do a search and replace in the templates (from cp) on ".php3" > ".php"

      right...
do the "Template search and replace."
serch for .php3 and replace ist with .php

The PHP3 Database is the same like the PHP Database.
You don't need to make any chages to it
