How Do I Create New Categories?

I am using vB 2.0.0 and I can create forums but I don't see a list on there to create categories. On previous versions of vB there was an option that said "Categories: Add | Delete" but I do not see this on vB 2.0.0, please get back to me and tell me how to create these categories.

There are no such things as categories in vBulletin. Only different types of forums. Any forum where you set "Act as Forum" to No will act as a Category instead.

If at a later time you want to allow posts here you can just set this to yes again. It will not affect any of its subforums.

Thanks you have been a big help, I have been using the older one not paying attention that there had been upgrades. In the older versions way back like 1.1.5 there were category options (that is what I was refering to). But thanks to you I understand now, thanks for all your help.
