php errors?

I have 2 mb of error messages in my logs. I don't really klnow what any of this menas, but here are the errors that are repeated many many times.

can anyone translate this and tell me what to do?

Yes, you have the load limiting turned on, but you don't have permissions to read the file needed to get this limit. Turn this option off in your control panel and the errors will go away.
