can only put up 1 announcement

i can put up a global or a forum specific announcment but only one will show up. how do you put up more than one - i want a global and a forum specific. can add them both but only one will show up.

what am i doing wrong?

They should both show up, but they will all appear in one "thread" under the title of the newest announcement posted.
