Allow unregistered users to post in one forum only?

I am having some difficulty with this one:

In User Groups and Permissions -->Modify forums I have modified a single forum to enable unregistered users to be able to post etc however unregusers can not post

so I went to User Groups and Permissions
---> Modify I changed unregistered users to be able to post however this seems global and means that unreg users can post in all forums not the single forum I specified.

Where did I go wrong?
