Last Post URL missing

When a user (especially a new one) posts on a forum where the forum setting says "Count posts made in this forum towards user post counts? NO", the Last Post field in the profile wouldn't also be updated w/ his last post from that same forum.

Is this the way it should be?

For performance reasons, the query is only run if a user has a totalposts count greater than 0. Since their posts haven't counted the query won't run.

Actually, it should run regardless:
