Is there anyway to view the member agreement after you have already registered? I would like to link to it from my message board so people can remember the rules.

Not at this time.

I would recommend just sticking it in a separate page and linking to it directly.

I just have a link to the sign up page again which has the rules for posting -- most people figure out they don't have to sign up again

That's a good idea, but doesn't work if multipule registrations are off.
