  • Crazy timeout problem

I've tried searching for this with no luck. Here's the problem.

I am logged in as an admin.
I can enter my board and view the index.php. I see the latest posts, I see myself and everyone else logged in. All appears well.

Now I click to enter a forum. Waiting waiting waiting... TIMEOUT/404. I have no idea why.

What I CAN do... is go back to the index.php and LOG OUT. Then I enter a forum as an unregistered, click reply to something, log in, and it allows me to post. But upon attempting to return to that particular forum home, I timeout/404 yet again.

This has been going on for awhile now and it's driving me bananas.

    A solution... please!
    I'm currently using 3.6.4.

First you *really* need to upgrade your vB.

This problem is most likely due to mod_security. See this thread:
