Can Post Option

HI,
where is the can-post-option for individual users in the admin control panel, please dont say that you have erased this very usefull function ....

User Groups and Permissions -> modify

Create a new usergroup called "CannotPost" and set permissions for it. Then change the usergroup of that individual(s) to CannotPost.
