  • Uploading avatars problem

I'm having some problem uploading my avatars through the control panel.

When I browse for my avatar, then I make a name for it, then I choose how many posts are needed, then I post the path.

I click 'submit', then this message comes up on the next page:

    Code:
Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 2290 is not allowed to access /tmp/phppMeT9L owned by uid 0 in /home/truthugs/forum/admin/avatar.php on line 35

    avatar successfuly uploaded

    Record added
But then underneithe it, it's supposed to have a "working" avatar. But instead it's broken.

    What do I do?

I spoke to my host, and he says to talk to the author (which is vBulletin).

Uploading avatars in the CP doesn't work in safe mode -- you'll have to do it by uploading with FTP and adding the avatars via the CP.
