  • Where is the option to parse header and footer as PHP?

    I think this has been asked once already, but not answered. Where is the option to parse the header and footer in the 'styles' section?

    In 1.1.x the option was 'useadvheader' and 'useadvfooter'. I have a lot of extra PHP (ads, includes, etc) in my header/footer and would really like this option back.

    The only PHP-parsed template is the phpinclude template now. It is always parsed -- no on/off flag.

      Okay, so how do I have a PHP-enhanced footer on the forums then?

      And does phpinclude get included before or after the <BODY> tag?

        You put both in the phpinclude template.

        The <body> tag isn't in any templates -- it's a replacement variable. But to answer your question, phpinclude is processed WELL before the <body> tag.

          I tried entering my banner php code

          $adbanner = virtual("/cgi-local/ad_games.pl");

          into the phpinclude template, but it gets parsed and displays at the top of the page instead of where I want it to.

          Any tips?

          Chris
